Rickenbacker 360/12V64 Fireglo Electric Guitar 1997 Pre-Owned
Just in and sure not to last long, this stunning 1997 Rickenbacker 360/12V64 comes in the iconic Fireglo finish and includes its original hardshell case. One of the world’s most celebrated 12-string electrics, the 360/12V64 is an accurate reissue of the 1964 model made legendary by George Harrison at the height of Beatlemania.
With its double-bound maple body, classic trapeze tailpiece, toaster pickups, and distinctive Rickenbacker 12-string headstock, the 360/12V64 captures the unmistakable chime and vintage aesthetic that defined an era.
Freshly set up in-store, this guitar plays beautifully up and down the fretboard and delivers that unmistakable Rickenbacker shimmer and harmonic richness that only a vintage-correct 12-string can produce.
As we found with some older models of Rickenbacker, this particular model has quite a nice dark red in it's finish which has aged beautifully over the last three decades!
There is plenty of movement in it's dual truss rod system, the neck is currently quite flat and allows for exceptional playability, restrung with genuine Rickenbacker Guitar Strings (Gauges: 10p 13p 20w 26w 36w 46w, 10p 13p 10p 13p 20w 26w.)
The original tuners have been replaced with a set of Schaller 12-string machines, The original bridge has also been upgraded to a modern replacement, allowing for easier adjustment and more precise intonation. (please note original tuners or bridge do not come with the guitar)
